2022 Reflections

by | Jan 6, 2023 | News, Reflections

I have much be thankful for this year! I have reached the stage of life that Tevye dreamed about in his song “If I were a rich man”:

If I were rich, I’d have the time I lack, to sit in the synagogue and pray, And maybe have a seat by the Eastern wall. And I’d discuss the holy books with the learned men, seven hours every day, And that would be the sweetest thing of all!

– lyrics from If I Were a Rich Man, Fiddler on the Roof
