Bible Study Starter Kit + 7-day Boot Camp
If you've been wanting to study a passage yourself, the summer weeks are made for that. And I have a free way in.
My newly revised and updated Bible Study Starter Kit is a simple, text-first method anyone can use. It includes a 5-step plan, a printable worksheet, and five questions to ask of every passage.
When you request the Kit, I'll send you the Bible Study Boot Camp, a free 7-day email mini-course that walks you through using the kit on a passage of your choice. One short email a day. By the end you'll have studied a real passage from observation to application.

If you've been meaning to learn a sturdier method of Bible study, summer is the season.
New Podcasts (May episodes)
Episode 15 is the season finale. I'm stepping back from the mic for a few weeks to study, write, and record what's next. (I'll share the next season's topic in a future newsletter.)
In the meantime, the podcast archive has over 450 episodes covering most of the New Testament and quite a bit of the Old. Three past series I'd especially recommend for the off-season, depending on where you are right now:
2 Corinthians: When Church Hurts (17 episodes) — Paul's most personal letter, written to a church that wounded him. For anyone walking through conflict, disappointment, or discouragement in their church right now. This is the one readers have written me about most.
Habakkuk: Faith Under Fire (short series) — The prophet who looked at the mess around him and asked God, "How long?" Honest about doubt, anchored in faith. Three chapters. If you've only got a couple of weeks, this is the one to finish.
Philippians: Choose Life — Paul writes from prison about joy. If summer is when you need something steady and encouraging, this is it. Discussion questions and an analytical outline are both free in the library.

If you've been blessed by this podcast, please share it with a friend — but more importantly, encourage them with something you learned.
Maybe share a quick note about something you’ve learned. Your personal touch could make all the difference in blessing someone else.
